2. Scope
These terms govern registration, the central account, modules and services available through MiSimple. Module-specific terms displayed when ordering form part of the relevant relationship.
3. MiSimple platform
MiSimple combines digital modules under one account with central session, navigation, language and administration. The scope of each module is shown on the platform.
4. MiSimple account
The account is personal and central to all enabled modules. It must not be shared in a way that allows unauthorised access to the user’s or another person’s data.
5. Modules
Modules may be available, in trial, active, blocked or announced for later. Creating an account does not automatically activate every module or by itself trigger a charge.
6. Registration
Users must provide accurate information and keep it current. By registering, they confirm capacity to enter this agreement and accept the stated version of these terms.
7. Credentials
Passwords must be kept confidential. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly, and passwords changed when needed.
8. Permitted use
MiSimple must be used lawfully, under these terms and for each module’s purpose. Attempts to bypass access controls, access another account, introduce malicious code or use the platform unlawfully are prohibited.
9. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for data they enter, reviewing results, maintaining separate copies of important information and having permission to process third-party data.
10. Third-party data
Anyone storing customer, contact or other personal data must have a lawful basis, provide information where required and respect those people’s rights within their own activity.
11. MiTrabajo
MiTrabajo is an organisational tool for customers, jobs, dates, collections and outstanding amounts. It is not currently a tax invoicing or professional accounting system or a SIFEN solution unless a feature is expressly offered as such.
12. MiCuota
MiCuota is a personal organisation tool for payments, due dates, instalments, income, expenses, budgets and reminders. It is not a bank, bank account, tax or financial adviser, professional accounting service or credit bureau. Displayed balances are calculations from user-entered data, not confirmed bank balances.
13. MiMercadoCampo
MiMercadoCampo is an intermediary platform through which users can offer or seek agricultural products and discover possible matching contacts. MiSimple/PWS is not the seller, buyer, contracting party for a goods purchase, payment provider, carrier, delivery service or quality inspector of the products. Agreements are concluded directly between the participating users.
Before any agreement, participants must themselves check and agree on the product, quantity, quality or condition, price, payment method, handover, collection, delivery, transport and, where applicable, legal or administrative requirements. MiMercadoCampo does not replace the user’s own checks of the product or counterparty.
- Posts must be truthful, sufficiently current, lawful, not misleading and must not infringe third-party rights. When no longer current, they must be updated, paused or marked completed.
- Tengo is a user’s offer notice and not a binding offer by MiSimple. Busco is a search notice and not an order placed with MiSimple. Próxima Cosecha concerns expected future availability; quantities and dates may vary and must be confirmed before an agreement.
- Compra Recurrente describes a recurring need. It does not create an automatic purchase contract, order, payment or obligation to accept; each specific agreement is made separately by the participants.
- Rescate Campo identifies surplus or time-sensitive products. It does not automatically mean goods are damaged, defective or of lower quality; their actual condition must be checked or agreed.
- MiOportunidad and Match Combinado are technical suggestions of possible matches. They do not confirm a contract, availability, matching price or quantity, possible transport, a person’s reliability or inspection of goods. MiSimple does not automatically organise joint contracts, allocation of quantities, payments, transport, delivery or liability between multiple producers.
- MiMercadoCampo may redirect users to external communication services such as WhatsApp. External communication is also subject to that service’s terms and privacy rules; MiSimple is not a party to the content of that communication.
- PWS may temporarily or permanently disable posts where there are reasonable indications of unlawful content, fraud, abuse, misleading information, infringement of third-party rights, risk to other users or breach of these terms. This moderation decision may technically override a post’s normal status and will be applied proportionately.
- MiSimple does not guarantee that a post finds a counterparty, an opportunity leads to a transaction, a Match Combinado is completed, another user responds or price and availability remain unchanged when contact is made.
14. Reminders
Reminders are an aid. Delivery depends on the device, browser, operating system, Internet, permissions and technical conditions and is not guaranteed completely. Users remain responsible for dates, payments, deadlines and obligations.
15. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable. Maintenance, faults, network outages and events outside our control can occur; uninterrupted availability is not promised.
16. User backups
Critical originals and documents requiring permanent availability should also be kept outside MiSimple. MiSimple does not replace mandatory archives or specialist systems.
17. Blocking for abuse
PWS may temporarily block access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, data, the platform or others, investigate abuse or comply with law. Measures will be limited to what is necessary.
18. Ending use and account
Users may choose not to renew paid modules and may request account deletion. Paid terms are fixed periods without automatic charging. Rights and duties that must survive by law remain unaffected.
19. Liability
Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted, MiSimple is not liable for decisions based on incorrect user input or reminder failures outside its control.
20. Service changes
MiSimple may maintain, correct and develop features. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively deprive consumers of acquired rights.
21. Changes to terms
The date and version appear above. Material changes will be communicated and, where required, new acceptance will be requested before continued use of affected features.
22. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable information, warranty, withdrawal or refund rights, remain fully protected. For issues, contact support@pws.com.py.
23. Law and contact
