MISIMPLE LEGAL

Privacy policy

This policy explains in clear language what data MiSimple processes, why it is used and what choices users have.

The Spanish version is the controlling contractual version. If interpretations differ, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

1. Controller

2. Framework and principles

MiSimple processes data under applicable Paraguayan law. Personal Data Protection Law No. 7593/2025 has been enacted and is in its statutory transition period before full entry into force. MiSimple already aligns its practices with its essential principles, without claiming that every provision is fully effective now.

3. MiSimple account data

The following data may be processed to create and administer the central account. Passwords are not stored in plain text, but as a secure hash.

  • Name
  • Phone or WhatsApp number
  • Occupation, if provided
  • Language
  • Password hash
  • Account status, registration and security information
  • Necessary login and legal acceptance information

4. MiTrabajo data

Depending on use, MiTrabajo can store information needed to organise work.

  • Customer names, phone numbers and contact details
  • Addresses, locations and D7 information
  • Jobs, dates, times, activities and notes
  • Prices, customer payments and payment status
  • Job reminders

5. MiCuota data

Depending on use, MiCuota processes organisational information entered by the user.

  • Payment obligations, recipients and categories
  • Amounts, due dates, instalments and recurring payments
  • Income, expenses and budgets
  • Invoice numbers and notes
  • Payment status and reminders
  • Documents or receipts may be added later; this policy does not claim those features are currently available

6. MiMercadoCampo data

When MiMercadoCampo is used, we may process posts created by the user and the data needed to display them, manage the user’s own posts and find possible matches. Certain details from a post may be visible to other users; this does not make all account data public.

  • Product type and description
  • Offered or requested quantities and post type
  • Post status, publication time and availability or harvest details, where provided
  • City, area or Departamento, where provided
  • Contact methods such as telephone or WhatsApp that the user expressly enables for the post

7. Technical data

We process only technical data required for operation, security and essential functionality. Advertising cookies, commercial profiling and third-party analytics are not currently part of MiSimple and are not claimed here.

  • Technical PWA data and cache
  • Local settings and language
  • Browser or device push subscription data

8. Purposes

Data is used where necessary to provide MiSimple and perform legitimate service-related tasks. MiMercadoCampo uses post data to display agricultural offers and requests, compare possible matches, suggest MiOportunidad or Match Combinado, enable direct contact and manage a user’s own posts.

9. Push notifications

Push is voluntary and requires browser or device permission. It can be disabled in MiSimple and device settings. Delivery may be affected by the browser, operating system, device, connection, permissions or technical faults. MiSimple cannot guarantee one hundred percent delivery. Notifications are a convenience and do not replace the user’s responsibility to monitor important dates, payments or obligations.

10. Payment and subscription data

For paid modules, we may process the selected module, term, amount, currency, status, reference, confirmation, paid_until and trial information. MiSimple does not request or store online banking credentials. The current process uses manual transfers reported by users and checked by an administrator. MiMercadoCampo does not process payments between buyers and sellers for purchases of goods.

11. Third-party data and external contact

MiTrabajo users must ensure they may lawfully process customer and contact data. The same applies to personal information about others entered in MiCuota. PWS generally processes this data only to provide the platform and not for its own advertising to those people.

When a user enables telephone or WhatsApp on a MiMercadoCampo post, that contact method can be used for direct communication between users within the intended function. A link may open WhatsApp or another external service; subsequent communication is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. MiSimple does not claim to store or control the content of that external communication.

12. Moderation

Where necessary to prevent abuse or fraud, enforce the terms, protect other users or deal with reported content, PWS may review, disable or block MiMercadoCampo posts. For this purpose, the moderation status and administrative notes necessary to manage the case may be processed.

13. No sale of data

MiSimple does not sell personal data belonging to users or contacts stored by them.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including password hashing, access controls, user isolation, secure sessions and server-side checks. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

15. Retention

Data is retained while necessary for the account, contract administration, use, security, issue resolution or legal retention obligations. MiMercadoCampo posts and their status data are retained while necessary to use the service, manage a user’s own posts, maintain security or meet legal obligations. We do not invent fixed statutory periods that may not apply to a particular case. Backups may be cleared after a technical delay.

16. Rights and requests

MiSimple supports requests for access, correction, deletion, objection and portability where technically and legally applicable, including during the transition of Law No. 7593/2025. Contact support@pws.com.py. Identity may be verified before responding. Legal retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of claims remain unaffected.

17. Deletion of posts and account

A MiMercadoCampo post can be deleted through the provided functions while that option is available. Account deletion may be requested at support@pws.com.py. Personal usage data will be deleted or anonymised where permitted. Necessary payment, security or evidence records may be retained where legally required. Backup removal may occur after a technical delay.

18. Changes

This policy may be updated when the platform or applicable rules change. The current version and date appear above. If a new confirmation is required, it will be requested clearly.
