The Spanish version is the controlling contractual version. If interpretations differ, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

Current standard prices per paid module

These are standard plans. The effective module price is shown before payment is reported.
1. Account and modules
The MiSimple account is free. Costs arise only for paid modules that a user deliberately activates or renews.
2. Standard prices
Current prices are displayed on this page directly from the central plan configuration. Currency is Paraguayan guaraní (PYG/₲). Module, term and total are shown again before reporting a payment.
3. Free trial
A 30-day free trial may be offered per module and account. It does not automatically become paid and causes no automatic debit. Continued paid functionality after the trial requires activation or payment through the displayed process. Account-specific Founder rules may differ.
4. Payment process
Payment currently uses manual bank transfer. The user selects module and term, reviews total and currency, receives reference and payment details and reports payment. An administrator checks it. Only confirmation activates or extends the paid term. There is no automatic bank verification.
5. No automatic renewal
There is no automatic paid renewal and no new charge at expiry. Continued use requires a new activation or payment. Choosing not to renew causes no further charge.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, warranty or refund rights, are not excluded. For payment questions, contact support@pws.com.py.
7. Founder
Founder conditions follow the rule actually stored for the account. They are not a general price guarantee and are not automatically transferable.
8. Referrals
A referral reward arises only under the implemented rule: after the referred person’s first confirmed paid MiSimple purchase. The reward is additional usage time under current system logic. There is no cash or payout entitlement.
