Paraguay Web Solutions (PWS), represented by Jürgen Harms, operates MiSimple and is responsible for its technical operation, administration and support within the limits of the terms and applicable law.
4. Applicable law
MiSimple is governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. In consumer relationships, mandatory rights under, among other applicable rules, Consumer Protection Law No. 1334/1998 and Electronic Commerce Law No. 4868/2013 remain protected.
